How in the hell is it already almost July?
And how have the last few months managed to drag out until eternity and also pass in the blink of an eye.
(I’m sure it has nothing to do with me watching every show in my Netflix and Hulu queues from start to finish.)
That Vikings cliffhanger? Made me want to burn everything down.
It’s definitely been a challenge… how do you keep things new and fresh when the scenery never changes? I totally understand the cabin fever bug that has most folks in my state (Texas) LOSING THEIR GAHT DAMN MINDS.
For me, I’ll continue holding down the fort in my tiny townhouse, working (pulling a lot more weeds than I hoped for) in my garden, taking too many photos of my cat, and growing my business.

I hear this a lot on coaching calls with my students… but what about the competition?
We hear a lot about the C-word as entrepreneurs – and often we’re encouraged to “crush” the competition or otherwise be adversarial with them.
Makes sense on the surface, since at first glance it appears that money that goes to them is money not coming to you.
But here’s the thing – my business grew exponentially when I “partnered up” with the competition vs trying to constantly outmaneuver them.
